Needs a date
Tom Botelho, a member of Fujisan, contacted me regarding several movies he is currently presenting at the Denver Film Society. We could meet at Henderson's Lounge, an 80 seat lounge located within the Denver Film Society's building at 2510 E. Colfax, next to the Tattered Cover Book Store, at 6:30 PM. The movies begin at 7:00 or 7:15 PM. We can see Spirited Away on Friday, September 14th or Thursday, September 20th. On Friday, September 21st, there is a choice of Porco Rosso or My Neighbors the Yamadas. The cost is $9.75 for the general public or $7.00 for Denver Film Society members. Please let me know which of these dates and which movie you are interested in. We will coordinate the plans from there.

I am always up for Miyazaki + Joe Hisaishi, but it would be great to watch Zattoichi or maybe SanjurÅ or Throne of Blood. There are so many great options. ALSO, if anyone is ever interested in watching Hachiji Da Yo (a classic TV show in the 80s, I highly recommend it), I have two volumes I'd be happy to share.
