What is your favorite scary novel? Favorite monster movie?

Scary novel? "The Woman in Black" story still gives me chills just thinking about. I did not care for the film. Monster movie? "The Lost Boys". I love me some young, scary vampires driving motorcycles! ;)

What is your favorite horror format? Books, movies, graphic novels, televsion...or other?

Movies and books. Depending on how well they are done or written, they can really stay with you for a long time . . . I've read some books, where I thought the movie was better (scarier) and some movies where the book is WAY scarier . . . it all depends.

How did you hear about this group?

I was looking at information on another group I belong to and came across this group. I just spent my Sunday afternoon watching "Rosemary's Baby" and the original "Amityville Horror", and with "The Conjuring" and "Insidious 2" coming out soon, It thought it'd be great fun to join a group like this. :)

Greetings. I have just recently moved back to Denver after being out of the country for 6 months. I enjoy really good quality and sometimes bad horror movies, and just happened to come across this meet-up group.
