New recipes and expand Paleo awareness.
I think it is a really, really bad idea. If you're consuming grains / sugars 20% of the week, your body will most likely never switch to burning fat (ketosis) and you will be craving carbs forever. I'm not saying you have to be 100% Paleo, but something closer to 95% is probably a better idea.

I've been eating mostly a Paleo diet since April 2012. Lost 70 lbs, no longer taking blood thinning medicine, and no longer using a CPAP machine to breathe at night. I've never felt so good.
