Recap of last session: *Spoiler Alert*. The party continues to be berated by the first mate Plugg and his Boatswain Scourge. The party is soon trained in boarding action and how to grapple but after several unsuccessful attempts at boarding the vessel and failing miserably, Master at Arms Krine orders the party back onboard and the vessel sails on. Soon the cry of Sail Ho is heard from the crow's nest as a sail is spotted on the Horizon and the chase is on. As the Wormwood closes, it is soon apparent that the pursued vessel is a Rhahadoomi Merchant and the crew works itself into a frenzy as the vessels close with each other. The party is given the task of taking the poop deck of the enemy vessel and preventing anyone from escaping or gaining control of the steering of the merchant ship. Soon the boats collide and the two crews have at each other, the party engaging the merchant crew and a battle ensues. Some of the crew manage to lower a rowboat during the fight and escape but one of the officers soon emerges from belowdecks and engages the pirates. The fight is intense but soon the merchant crew is overcome and the vessel is captured. The crew of the Wormwood celebrate the successful piracy and capture of the merchant vessel. And that brings us to our next session.
