In the current market we are hearing lots of feedback that people are still having trouble getting approved for new mortgages.  We’ve asked one of our Happy Hour sponsors to speak to the group about how to get approved for a new mortgage.  Our speaker this month is Joe Massey with Castle & Cooke Mortgage.  Joe has been a mortgage lender for 11+ years, he has personally originated more than 500 residential finance transactions and has supervised more than 4000 transactions that have been completed by his team.  Currently Joe is the preferred lender for Your Castle Real Estate and he is a consistent partner in transactions with Pine Financial Group.

The presentation this month will cover the important points of lending (which applies to all types of loans) and show you how to get your loan approved every time.  Joe will cover the 4 critical elements of a new loan and he’ll show you the exact guidelines that you need to follow in order to get your investment properties (or primary residences) financed.  If you have had problems getting your loans approved or troubles getting loan approvals for your clients then you will definitely want to attend.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
