Our most popular meeting of the year.  Real Estate Round Table.  This meeting has produced more successful investors than anything we have done.  Not only will you learn from the best you will get to know the best.  We will have several power investors and power vendors participating in what can only be described as speed dating for the real estate investor.  They will each host a table where you will move freely through the room visiting several tables where you will get a chance to listen to other ask questions or you can ask you own.  This is the one meeting of the year you cannot miss.

Just learned about your group and bummed to see this event is full. How strict are you about this? Are your events usually full? Thanks

We just removed the setting to limit the RSVPs. I am actually not sure why that was set so low but please come if you can make it.

Cool stuff...really looking forward to hosting the Wholesale Table at this "Speed Dating" session...even though I am happily married! These are great events and it is an absolute blast for me to be able to answer any and questions that get presented at these events...bring it on and lets have some fun!

A great way to build a rental portfolio is to use hard money because you dont need a lot of money to do it. You can download a free report on how this works. www.PineFinancialBlog.com

Starting to see effects on residential inventories from bulk purchases driven by hedge funds, institutional investors (Blackstone Group), etc.. So far, on higher end properties that require little rehab and can be rented quickly.

I attended the meeting last thursday and Kevin was saying that if your dream is to have lets say 6000 dollars per month and you have no money to invest, he stated that you can using hard money lending. isn't that only for refabbing homes for flips?
