Jordan's Pub Running Club - CANCELED!

This week’s run is canceled due to the 4th of July holiday, see you next week!!

The only running group with a theme song!

We run on Thursday nights from Jordan's Pub at Evans and University at 6:30 PM. Our usual route is through DU, around Wash Park and Back but in the summer we will mix it up a little around the DU neighborhood.

Run 10 times get a free tech shirt, see the photos section.

Free food! This is usually some very good pizza and/or a yummy grilled chicken salad.

Happy hour beer prices! With a good selection of draft beers like Fat Tire, Full Sail, Guinness, Fullers, Shocktop.

There are a few routes to can choose from: run to the park and back for about 2.5 miles or add a half-loop through the park for 4 miles or all the way around for about 5 miles. Sometimes we'll do some other routes through the DU neighborhood as well. Here's a mapmyfitness link to the route that goes all the way around the park and back: http://www.mapmyfitne....

Parking: Parking can be tricky, especially when DU is in session. If you arrive close to 6 PM you can park in the Chase Bank parking lot on the East side of University, just North or Evans. They close at 6 PM so the spots fill up pretty quickly after 6. The other best bet is to park 2 blocks East of University on Columbine. On the South side of Evans there are usually a lot of open parking spots.

Remember, the pizza is free but the waiters and waitresses are working for a living, so don't forget to tip your servers!
