I've been running for 30 yrs. I run races from 5 k's to 1/2 marathon's mostly. Some road races, some trail races. I run at least once a week. It's something I will continue to do as long as I'm able to.
This is a chance for runners to get together and try out new routes, new training plans, or just enjoy the company of other runners. It will be especially nice to help motivate each other during the winter months. If you love running with others or have never done it before, give it a shot! All ability levels welcome.
