The statement, "... to my knowledge, there is nothing the Whitehouse has ever taken seriously from these petittions." might be very valuable, or not. For example, if I made the statement, it would be worth nothing, because I'm familiar with few petitions, and no responses. But if there's someone out there that is familiar with most of them, or even a representative sample, then the statement would be very valuable.

Are the responses of the Whitehouse publicly available (and ideally, stored with the petitions they match)?

I wonder if there's a highlight reel somewhere.
