It’s party time!

Ok, pay attention, this is going to get a little weird...

This is going to be a Halloween costume, potluck, flavored vodka tasting.

Did you follow all that? Good!

My House, November 3rd at 7pm.

If you are interested in joining in the fun, send me a message with your email address and I will send you an E-Vite from Punchbowl with all the details and the Potluck registration. You will also be able to register your bottles of Vodka as well so that we don’t wind up with duplicates.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

    Amber,
It is pretty much going to be like the Birthday and Tequila Tasting parties. In other words, yes, it will be all about drinking... lol

I can't tell you if you would be out of place. It just depends on how you feel about drunks... :-D

I plan on having some movie nights soon, but with elections, I have been working a lot of weekends and haven't had time to set anything up.

Amber, I'm on the fence again. Just in case you need to know, but you've got Jennifer. And Charlotte doesn't drink a lot, either. Do you, Charlotte?

It depends. I am not a hard liquor drinker, so I probably will just be tasting a little of each of the flavors. Whether drunk or sober, I am still quite an amusing conversationalist :)

    Last Call, anyone need directions?

Looks like there will be 20 - 30 people. Good food and plenty of Vodka!

How's that bathroom doing, Doug? I just wanted to note that if I don't show up tonight, don't worry about me. I am torn between 3 excellent opportunities: your party, Strawberry Springs and Leonard Cohen. I've already backed out of organizing for Strawberry Springs (in my own group - Hot Tub & Hot Springs Addicts of Boulder County) and had let go of the idea of hearing Leonard Cohen, but that came up again last night and I am somewhat tempted. However, the Smirnoff Coffee vodka is in the freezer (with the weird surprise joke flavor) and I am considering whether to make my Caesar salad.

Hafta write a homework paper first. Anyone want to sway me one way or the other? Oh, and I am highly unlikely to be in costume.

Update: I just got invited to Leonard Cohen for the price of a beer for my host. Show is at 8, so unlikely I will make it to Aurora from Broomfield that late. The surprise vodka flavor was Buttered Popcorn, which I will now return to the store. ICK! :)

I usually don't do Halloween. I hate wearing costumes and doing dress-up, but I do own a nice black velvet cape and a neat walking stick, and a friend is loaning me a witch's hat and I'll see if anyone goes beyond witch to realize that I am actually Professor McGonagall without the accent and imposing stern looks.

NOT nearly corpse like enough to be Professor McGonagall... She scares me..

A reminder for those that would like to come:

Please send me an email address for me to send you a punchbowl.com evite. I don't like posting my address on here, and it will have all the info. It will also allow you to sign up for the potluck. The Potluck sections is also where the Vodkas are listed if you would like to bring one...

Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Question: Is it just for drinkers really, or will there be a movie or something? I don't wanna step on anybody's fun, but I'm still a teetotaler. Lemme know if I'd be outta place, or if I should bring a dish.
