    Rip is always AWESOME & this event lived up to expectations.

    The only way to have improved it would have been to have more time for Rip to speak, highlight info in chapters of My Beef with Meat and answer questions/concerns of attendees.

    Please consider inviting Rip back for at least 2 hours of Rippin' fun & learning.
