The Community Class is a unique offering from Whole Yoga. This class is shared by all of the Whole Yoga teachers. Alternating teachers from one week to the next allows students to experience and connect with a diverse range of teaching techniques and styles, allowing them to explore their creative spirit by remaining open to possibility and escaping routine. We could all use a little more spontaneity from time to time in everyday life and in our yoga practice, but you can be certain that every class will provide a compassionate, noncompetitive, and community-centered practice allowing you to find your center and receive all the benefits of yoga. Expect every class to focus on breath work and movement, restore balance, energize, strengthen, tone, and increase healthy flexibility to your mind and body.
