Tried it on and off before, but only recently have been taking a class and practicing on a regular basis, (since around last spring).
2-4 times per week.
Other than some Bikram yoga, no particular style.
Nothing serious or on-going so far, on occasion stiff shoulders, legs, and knees, (which have been feeling better with practice).
Yes, very much so!
