Cost is $95 for 12 sessions or $13 drop in. You choose between Mon, Wed & Fri at 6am or 8am for 4 weeks, or Tues/Thurs at 5:30pm for 6 weeks.
Payment is made by cash or check directly to trainer.
Locker room and showers available.
