Mateo is a French Provencal restaurant that supports local farmers, ranchers, and foragers. They try to be as organic, non-GMO as possible.
Happy hour is from 5-6:30. I plan on arriving about 6, after tasting wine at Cured (see other meetup for Free Wine Tasting there)! Mateo has some wonderful looking happy hour items, like olives, frites, mussels, and plenty of meat and cheese choices, of course! They have some larger items as well, like a CO sirloin burger and croque monsieur, and a few limited happy hour drinks.
Here's the menu:
Oh and I see their dessert menu contains wonderful things including profiteroles. YUM!
