Power coding with App Code
Anyone creating apps for iOS or OSX is familiar with Xcode. But many developers don't know about AppCode, a modern and highly advanced coding environment for Objective-C that is based on the astonishingly intelligent JetBrains inspections engine.
This engine allows AppCode to analyze, review, and understand the intent of your code in real-time, at a level unmatched by other tools. And it is the foundation for what the creators call "intention-based programming", which means that AppCode understands what you want to do, even if you mistyped it or left something out, and can suggest and automatically create the necessary missing code, or fix the incorrect code with a single keystroke.
In this presentation, I'll walk through and demonstrate how to use a number of AppCode's features and shortcuts that make coding your projects faster, more accurate, less bug prone, and more intuitive (as well as significantly less irritating). Feel free to download the demo version of the software from: http://www.jetbrains.com/objc/ and follow along with the presentation!
All attendees of this meetup will be entered into a drawing to win a free AppCode license ($99 value). Winner will be chosen at the end of the presentation.
