No introduction yet
what time is meeting?
Debora: I was wondering if I left a bag of the items I bought at your sale at your place? For some reason I can not find the cosmetics. You can call me or email me and let me know. Thanks.
Hi Debora, likewise, I'm looking forward to being around other sewing enthusiasts and getting some inspiration. I'm not sure what the protocol is for these meetups; I think I'll just bring some hand sewing, so assume that will be OK, rather than cart the machine along. Will
bring a few pieces of latest work too. Let me know if I'm off base with any of that, and I'll see you on Saturday! Susan
Deb: I keep coming up with her house to be at the following using her phone number. Please check with Marilyn so people don't get lost or I am wrong.
8015 Applestone Way
Colorado Springs, CO 80919
From Garden of the Gods and Centenial Blvd, go north on Centennial Drive until you come to West Woodman Road and take it .3 miles. Take right at Sawback Trail and drive .2 miles and take left on Applestone Trail Way for 276 feet to house number 8015 Applestone Trail Way
Thanks, Debora! I'm looking forward to meeting everyone. ---Krista
Hi Deborah I really enjoyed the meeting on Sunday. Were you able to get the name of the catalog on zippers?
Hi Debora. I wish I could have made it today for the meeting. The roads were very icy over here. Jay got stuck in the driveway and finally backed down the street and park at the end. Climbing the hill was impossible. I hope there is another meeting next month. I heard from Linda about all the wonderful projects and welcome to the new members.
Hi Deb: I talked to my friend Linda and she is planning on coming on Sunday. She isn't very computer savvy so she did not rsvp. I notice that the meeting is full. Let me know if I should tell her that it full and she may have to wait a month. I noticed Sherry didn't rsvp and I get the impression she isn't computer savvy either. If both Sherry and Linda come, there will be 8. Is that too many?
Deb: I think this is such a wonderful idea. Meeting, learning, sharing ideas and offering help to all of us who sew. I am looking so forward to meeting people who share my same passions. Sewing isn't lonely, but it will be nice to be inspired by others and being able to talk face to face with them versus reading on a computer. Thanks again for thinking of doing something like this. Hope to see everyone at the next meeting on Nov 8th.
