Don't know a soccer ball from a football, but want to get some exercise but not too much as to kill you?
Soccer is more 'keep away' from the other team than running up and down the field.
The point of soccer is to wear out the other team by passing the ball back and forth between your players until the other team is tired. Then you run in, pass it to your team mate and Kick a goal.
If you are not a beginner, but would like to teach us beginners some soccer, come on out.
Turf shoes are the best to wear, as they cause less damage to the grass than cleats, but any shoes are OK.
No tackling the other players, as we don't want to have people get hurt.
You are welcome to arrive at anytime that your schedule allows. Put your ETA on your RSVP and your level of play.
If we have enough players, we could have a beginners game and a advanced game.
If you have any soccer goals of any type, bring them out.
