Denver: Tarot Social Central

  • Gypsy House Cafe

The DTM Social is a wonderful opportunity to mix and mingle with other readers and enthusiasts in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Open to beginners and seasoned veterans alike, everyone is welcome to share that new technique they've learned, show off a brand new deck or two and swap readings over coffee and savory brunch fare. Sometimes we'll have a specific topic or theme to break the ice. Sometimes we'll have a group activity like a collective reading or a game. But every time we have a blast!

The Tarot Social Central is sponsored by our long time supporters at the Gypsy House Cafe, a local business owned and operated by Tarot readers. Located in the heart of the Capitol Hill district at the corner of Marion St. and 13th Ave., they offer fine coffees, sandwiches and desserts, and even a selection of hookahs.

We meet officially every third Saturday of the month at 11:00 AM for around two hours, but if you're having too good a time, stay as long as you like!

Come on over, meet some new friends and have a 3 of Cups moment.

Today we tried something new - tarot storytelling, where everyone added plots and characters based on a three-card draw. The Zombie Apocalypse was peppered by a prophetess, herbal extract experiments, scheming political factions and vegan enlightenment. Very fun and engaging! Thanks to all who participated in what may become a new tradition!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
