I have lived in Colorado for 30 years and have seen it grow over the years. There is so much to offer living here and can't imagine living anywhere else. I enjoy nights on the town, dining gluten free style, and outdoor activities. Look forward to learning more from others in the group

I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle and am interested in learning from others on fitness, food, and general health.
