This group is for people ready to meet others and form new friendships. We will plan activities that allow us to get together and talk if we want to, no pressure. I know depression tends to make people feel isolated, withdrawn and lacking the enthusiasm or energy to do things. Hopefully, we can drag each other out to talk while having dinner or doing other activities.
