What is Twork It Out Charity Fitness?
Defeat Diabetes Foundation and Twork It Out Fitness of West Des Moines have come together as a much bigger group, where they are helping both adults lose fat, AND the young victims and adults of diabetes in the Des Moines community.
Sophin Sarin, local Des Moines personal trainer, will lead the group on an intense workout (but of course, feel free to slow down and go at your own pace) designed to burn fat 9x faster than traditional training. They will do various exercises in the park, indoors and outdoors and show you things that you haven't tried before. They will do a complete full-body workout that will teach you the type of training that provides the craziest rapid fat loss in minimum time.
This Boot Camp With a Purpose is a part of the many awesome workouts taking place across the country being held by Boot Camp Instructors, Personal Trainers, Yoga Instructors, Martial Artists, Pilate's Teachers, Cheerleading Coaches, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Basketball Coaches, Boxing Instructors and Fitness Professionals of all types.
These workouts take place outside in fields, in gyms, fitness centers, personal training studios, dojos, basketball courts, soccer fields, baseball parks, inside schools and anywhere people can gather to get fit, raise money for worthy causes and get together as a community to make things better.

Boot Camp Description:
A fun boot camp with strength training and cardio components for beginners and advanced. Classes are approximately one hour in length. Bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat, and light hand weights if you have them (5, 8, 10, or 12 lbs Dumbbells).
