Glad to have found the group! I am new at this, and luckily have a husband who is a great cook. I need to be better about having ingredients on hand, but at least we have a big organic garden. I have lost 10% of my body weight in 2 months, so that is a plus. We'd like to get our kids eating less processed foods (they are better than most), but they are not liking everything that we make. Small steps, right?
