Very much enjoyed the event at Hudson Library this afternoon. Some very interesting poets, and I'll wrestle with the sestina until either I submit or IT does. Perhaps easier than wrestling with Duende. I appreciate your passion for poetry, and look forward to next month.

I am very far from any city outside of Portland Oregon which is better than 3hours away , and don't get out much from the coast...was hoping for some online introduction to new poets and forms since I am fairly new to it , although I have written for years , was unfamiliar with the term Terza rima had to go look it up , it is an unused format for me though my work is predominately rhyming , tho I have one piece similar ...where might I find Flute ezine to scan ...Mic

weekends away.last week atlanta for a neurological conference. sorry to have missed so many golden opportunities to share creative space and time. I did learn a lot about the brain centers that promote creativity.I may have to write a poem about it. I continuously am writing so I will be ready to share some of my work.. I learn a great deal from listening to experts speak but i have missed out on the new perspectives I get when i hear the passionate work of others. be well janet marie

Hello, Dr. Basu.. I attended a meet up on July 15, 2009 at the Hudson Branch Library... Thanks for posting my photo of the meet up. Two things do you have the video? Can I purchase a copy? I am looking for a Bronx artist who was there to collaborate with him doing mixed media drawing and poetry. Do you remember him? He was from the Bronx and had a book he was working of drawings and poems. He was putting it together himself I think his name is David. Keep up the good work
