To collaborate with a group of individuals who think differently from the norm and view every problem and challenge as a design opportunity. I'd also be happy to share lessons learned from having managed several design efforts from different angles.
As an early advocate of customer experience design - both F2F and digital - and a prior Product Manager, I've been championing the design approach within Fortune 100 companies, small businesses and non-profits for close to a decade.
