Introduction
I'm a designer-turning-dev
eloper. I do a lot of product. I spend half my day in Illustrator, half my day in Vim, and half my day in front of a whiteboard. Also, I can't add.
Please summarize your experience in design and entrepreneurship? Specific examples are awesome.
I've been working as a web designer since ~2006. I founded marketpublique.com in 2008 with my wife (also a designer and developer). I work at Pivotal Labs (a development shop which works with a lot of startups), and have been part of about 20 early stage startup teams in the last ~4 years. I also organize (or used to help organize) Barcamp, Startup Weekend, Ignite, the Agile Experience Design meetup, Fashioncamp, and a bunch of other stuff.
