Jeff Galloway Destin Half Marathon & Marathon training

This program is a 3 day a week training program geared for running  a half or full marathon. This program  meets on Saturday morning  with the location of the run & time varying according to the length of the run.  Session times vary. Participants will be responsible for 2 other workouts on their own during the week. You will learn about posture, nutrition, speed drills & endurance.  call Wendy[masked]  You can attend twice without registering.   New program to start in March 2013.
