This program is a 3 day a week training program geared for running a half or full marathon. This program l meets on Saturday morning with the location of the run & time varying according to the length of the run. Our target half marathon is the Wine & Dine November 10th in Disney World. Our target marathon is the Disney Marathon on January 13th, 2013. Session times vary. Participants will be responsible for 2 other workouts on their own during the week. You will learn about posture, nutrition, speed drills & endurance. You may register on Active.com or call Wendy[masked] You can attend twice without registering.
