A creamy one. (Too many to mention!)
The Bruno bakery on LaGuardia Place; Victory Garden for ice cream; Whole Foods for small $9 chocolate mousse cakes (they last me three, four days sometimes!)
Chocolate has many levels and is the more complex of the two; but vanilla can approach a simple but extremely yummy perfection. (Go, H-D!)
I am constantly searching for flavor. My dark-chocolate-covered peanut butter custard pie got raves in a Louisiana newspaper. Pot luck dessert suppers, anyone?
