I could do it. I was going to try and attend that one and I've run a PHP meetup before.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone to run a JavaScript workshop at Coffee House Coders in Ann Arbor next week (10/10, 7-10pm). Our group is super informal and you don't have to prepare a presentation or anything. If you've ever used JavaScript to pull in a JSON or RSS feed, you're exactly the person we need!

Here's the description I sent out to our mailing list:

We're looking for someone to run a workshop on consuming JSON or XML feeds via JavaScript. A good workshop might include:
An introduction to consuming feeds using JavaScript: why might you want to do this?
An overview of the same origin policy, CORS, and JSONP
A practical example: maybe Wordpress? (Requires the JSONP API plugin)
Optionally, a (more complicated) practical example: Twitter API is getting rid of their JSONP API. What can we do instead?
Of course, feel free to modify this as you see fit. You can assume that everyone attending the workshop is at least familiar with jQuery.
Any takers?

Please let me know if you're interested! Might be a good way to get your name out there. And there's free coffee :)
