8-week Interval Run Program

What: This 8-week coached program designed for runners and triathletes who want to gain speed, strength and endurance. Perfect those planning to shoot for a PR at a Spring Half Marathon or Marathon. 

Cost: $115 per athlete, limited to 15 athletes

Who: Injury-free runners and triathletes who can run 4 miles comfortably 

Coaches: Mari Fridenmaker, USA Triathlon Level I & Leslie Cash, RRCA Certified 

When: Wednesdays from 6 - 7am, beginning Wednesday, January 29th 

Where: Piedmont Park's Active Oval
