Mr. Fournier is not an accomplished speaker but from his presentation and readings from his book, he sounds to have accomplished much as a writer. I'll be ordering a copy - would've been nice to have a sales table at the event.

After already reading the book, I enjoyed having the author enriching the story. I didn't realize this book was somewhat auto biographical. Very interesting evening.

Hi Julie, just talked to Pasquale's. They do not have anything that is exclusively vegan, however, said they could make adjustments to their salads and eggplant dish, etc to make them vegan-friendly. The oil they use is canola in their dishes. They do have a vegetarian lasagna and veggie burger (both have mozzarella cheese). Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope this helps.
