Detroit Drunken Historical Society Message Board › new Co-Working Space

new Co-Working Space

Post #: 2
Hello Drunken Historians,

I don't mean to spam the group, but thought some of you would like to know about this;

I've been helping to organize a co-working space for those of us who need a place to go and get some work done in an affordable, somewhat consistent environment and potentially collaborative community.Please check out the site, share it with anyone you think might be interested in knowing about it, like us on facebook and/or follow us on twitter, and help us get the word out.

If you think it is somewhere you'd like to have the opportunity to go, whether it's regularly or once in a while, please use the buttons at the bottom of the page to put down a refundable deposit for your first visit(s) to indicate your support and likely level of desired use. This will REALLY help us to gauge the need accurately and open the space as soon as possible.

We have looked at a number of potential locations, but have not yet chosen one, as we're waiting to find out more precisely how many people we will need to accommodate, what we will be able to afford, and how soon we'll be ready to actually move in. It will, however, definitely be somewhere centrally-located and convenient, in the city of Detroit.

If you have any questions, thoughts or whatever, please feel free to let me know.

Cheers,

- Adam
