DLL is open to a wide range of topics. What languages, paradigms, or topics interest you most? Are there any you don't see that you'd like to explore?

I'm a programming language junkie with a stack of ancient POPLs to prove it.

DLL is about discussion of interesting ideas. What are some topics you'd be willing to present on which you think would be of interest to the group?

I just gave a lightning talk on garbage collection strategies to my team. They suggested it'd be a good presentation for a larger audience. Other stuff I'm working on that might be interesting is deploying a Clojure Noir app on Heroku or a Scala back-end that uses event-driven actors for computing game leader boards.

I'm a software engineer working for Detroit Labs.
