Experienced tax and business attorney with a relatively new solo practice, fan of entrepreneurial culture and improv, building for the future.
I've seen big firms, dissolved boutiques and mid-level firms. With what I've learned I'm building my own practice that I plan to be cost-efficient, life-balanced (for me) and financially stable.
New ways to practice and attract and satisfy clients, "disruption" in any form, etc.
I'm an experienced tax and business attorney with a law degree from the University of Michigan and a Taxation LLM. I work with privately held clients, serve on the State Bar of Michigan Taxation Council, blog and currently study improv.
