Securing Windows Store Apps

Abstract:

Everyone says security is hard. It is true that the adventure is not simple, but by no means is it any less important. There are two kinds of apps that exist: those that grow based on users' trust and those that grow in spite of it.

The Windows Runtime API offers a diverse range of security tools. In this talk we explore secure storage, standardized authentication, selective wipe, and more.
