TEK Systems is a great community sponsor. I am glad they are helping us.

Thank you, to Mike Thomas! I was able to install and start up a Android demo my 1st time coming to DevDroid MeetUp. I look forward to coming back.

Sure. There are no presentations. Its quick hellos for new people and hacking. I discourage folks from pitching non-android development topics. Yet, Android development is more than just coding, and includes device mods & themes, ROM builds, rooting, etc. With this in mind - everyone is welcome to attend. Most folks find out if it is a good fit after a few meetings.

Hey guys, I don't know much about programming or coding but I work on the functional/business side with a team of developers and I really want to reach out and get more in touch with projects from their point of view. I can't be of much help but is it ok for me to come and try to learn a little bit?
