What side of the house are you part of...development or operations?

Both, and I try to make an attempt to bring ops practices to development and dev practices to operations. I am one of those guys who uses Perl both for systems administration *and* application development. (:

Would you say your company has adopted a DevOps culture?

We're certainly trying.

If you have one, what is your favorite configuration management tool?

I don't discriminate; I think they all suck. (Then again, I can say the same about MUAs, editors, operating systems, etc.)

The only 20-something you'll likely ever meet who's written Fortran-77 for money. Math, distributed systems, and industrial engineering.
