Introduction
My name is Mike Caprio, I'm the 2012 New York StartupBus conductor and principal and lead consultant at Brainewave Consulting.
What kind of technologist are you? Or if you represent a social mission organization, what's it called and what are your goals?
I'm a back end developer who has worked in software engineering and database development since 1997.
Are you currently working on any projects that use technology for social good?
I helped organize the International Space Apps Challenge in New York in collaboration with Geeks Without Bounds and Random Hacks of Kindness, and I've opened my teaching programming to non-programmers curriculum to the public domain. I regularly contribute knowledge and expertise to journalists at various publications.
