Introduction

Hello, I work in the mathematical optimization field. I take difficult logistics etc. problems model them in AIMMS optimization software and solve them! Please use me if you can

What kind of technologist are you? Or if you represent a social mission organization, what's it called and what are your goals?

I program in Optimization software

Are you currently working on any projects that use technology for social good?

Not directly enough. My company does many and I help where I can, but I have a desire to do more in my free time

  • Sounds awesome. Can you give me an example project that you have optimized? What software do you end up using, mathematica, maple, matlab, or is there an open source stack that you use?

  • sadly our lockpicking enthusiast has left town and hasnt closed his meetup page. We cant do it for him so there is actually no meeting any more. We do however have a 3d printer build team that meets tuesday night. And if you would like a tour feel free to let me know as we are at the lab all the time and would be happy to have you come by so we can show you around.
