We are a group of sincere, warm-hearted Buddhist practitioners studying Mahayana & Vajrayana Buddhism. We provide newcomers to Buddhism as well as established practitioners an opportunity to study, cultivate, learn practices, and meditate.
Buddhism provides us with tools to discover the true nature of reality as we analyze and reflect upon our lives to understand the causes and conditions that shape the world around us, discover how to uproot negative emotions and habitual patterns, and learn how to cultivate true inner beauty, happiness and peace of mind.
We study teachings and learn ancient practices that show us how to:
Purify negative karma and cultivate pure positive karma
Remove inner and outer obstacles that block worldly and spiritual goals
Uproot negative emotions and habitual patterns
Meditate and cultivate a stable mind
Train the mind in loving-kindness and compassion
Cultivate true inner beauty, happiness and peace of mind
Our deep explorations of Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism through cultivation practices, discussions and meditation are shaped by ongoing teachings of Lama Namnang Mingjo Dorje Rinpoche, a humble but highly cultivated Chinese Vajrayana yogi, as well as various Tibetan Buddhist teachers.
