This group is for anyone interested in learning meditation within the Dhammakaya tradition. Thursday evenings are mainly for those with an interest in Buddhism and a longer period of meditation. Wednesday evenings are aimed at beginners and those aiming to integrate meditation into other aspects of a self-development lifestyle. Meetups comprise a guided meditation session, a break for tea and sandwiches (provided) and a talk from a series.
