Come join us for our weekly Meditation Gathering! We practice the body-based meditations of Reggie Ray, author of "Touching Enlightenment," and local teacher here in Boulder. All are welcome! No need to bring a meditation cushion or zabuton, we have plenty.
Our usual schedule begins with 30 minutes of sitting meditation, then a 45-60 minutes of guided bodywork and ends with 30 minutes of open circle discussion. You are always invited to stay and socialize after the practice period.
