Hi Kerri, Welcome to Mindfulness Exercises! Thanks for joining. The practices we teach are very pragmatic. We describe the Mind-body connection and a little about the science of why it works. We will also experience some exercises. Because we are based on the science of the mind- body these practices can work for anyone regardless of spiritual orientation. I hope to see you on Nov 16th!

Yes, people just generally bring whatever they are working on and knit! No real format here other than having fun while knitting over some great coffee!

The response to our Studio Bricolage meetup entry was gratifyingly awesome and it has taken us awhile to catch up with messages. Thanks for becoming a member. We often have metal building events, sometimes involving jewelry. Too bad we didn't get connected for December, which was four different metal arts. We will be posting future events on meetup and hope to see you soon.
