Patience matters. Whether you are with your family, at a workplace, driving a car, or anywhere that you deal with other people, you need to know how to respond skillfully and peacefully to provocation.
We will learn the Buddhist practice of patience that will help us to become more effective when others are angry, unreasonable or stubborn.
We will use meditation to deepen our experience of these methods. Practicing them will help us to become more accepting of ourselves and effective in dealing with others. While taught as a series each class is self-contained.
