We all want to have peaceful, satisfying relationships with our friends, our family and our co-workers. But all too often, we find our relationships to be a source of irritation or even anger. Buddha’s teachings on the minds of love and attachment can help us to restore our relationships to what they should be: a chance for us to express our love for another person. In this series we will learn how letting go of the mind of attachment can transform our bad relationships into good ones. And how it can make our good relationships even better!

What a wonderful opportunity to share some of Buddha's clear lessons in how we can rejuvenate the many relationships we have in our lives. I have heard wonderful things about the Coba Yoga community! See you in July!!
