Weekly Buddhist Meditation

Every Monday and Thursday evening we come together to practice Guru Yoga meditation
on the 16th Karmapa. It is a guided meditation featuring imagery and mantra
recitation which allows space, clarity and joy to naturally arise. We end the meditation with a traditional Tibetan song. After the meditation there is plenty of time to talk about The Buddha's teachings and for any questions that you may have. There are always experienced members available to help clarify and explain Buddhist teachings and concepts so please feel free to come out and enjoy.

Absolutely no meditation experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.

We have chairs and meditation cushions so just bring yourself and your enthusiasm.
