A Great Welcome Alyssa! I’m very happy you’ve joined Hiking Meditation Meetup. Our hikes have been wonderful, made so by the beauty of place, the great people who come and our joint intention to be mindful together. I look forward to meeting you and I'm sure we will all benefit by your company. Sukha, with Metta, Devi

Dear Alyssa, Welcome to our new group! I am glad you will be joining us at Shoreline for stretching, stress relief and meditation! Please, RSVP to this Sunday's meet up if you are planning to attend. Tomorrow I am going to post more specific information about the location that we will be using, so please, check our group site for details before the session. Don't forget to bring water, and anything else you will need to be comfortable!
Looking forward to meeting you!
The first meeting already has twenty people confirmed. I am hoping to break the group into two smaller groups, that way we have more time to share. Look forward to seeing you again!
Welcome to Diamonds in the Rough, a crafting co-op for women who upcycle! Check out the calendar past and future. Jump in!

Hey Alyssa! Let me know if I can help direct you to any of our education or support programs :) Thanks for being a part of our growing community!
I just joined this group today and I too live in Alameda. Wow, an island neighbor! I absolutely hate cooking so I can't help you there, but just wanted to say hello.
Welcome! There are several workshops that are vegan or can easily be modified - Kombucha, Dosa/Chutney, Condiments....
I teach a closed air system of fermetnation so there are no undesirable yeasts to stir up candida in your ferments :)
