Monthly list of community workshops from:  SCRAP, Ruth's Table, Saturdays at the Randall Museum, Craft Bar (Museum of Craft and Folk Art), Heirloom Craft Night at the Marin History Museum, DIY Workshops at the Treasure Island Flea Market, FabMo Give-Away Weekends, and some local craft stores.

How it works...

* The TEACHER of the event hosts a new project at their home or in the community. They post in advance the instructions and materials needed.  Addresses are not public.

* Materials are to be re-usable/recycled items such as plastic bags, used clothes for fabric, broken plates, mirrors, old chairs or furniture.  Attendees bring their own supplies.

* Projects should be practical items, or the option of gifting it to women's shelters, children's charities, etc.

* EVERYONE is expected to take a turn hosting or teaching after attending 3-4 Meetups. OK to team up as either the Host (space) or Teach (lesson.)

*OK to host projects in the community, like coffee houses, parks, workshop spaces, SF Tech Shop, etc.

How to be a Host/Teacher...

Email Sharon (button on home page) and she will post your event idea for you.

* Events can be held any day, time and location you want!

* There can be several different events the same week or even the same day.

*  Addresses are not public.  I will email the address 3 days before the event to the Attendees only.
