Digital-quick, multi-tasking, rational, logical – our modern, fast-paced Western lives are perfectly suited for the authentic, 2550 year-old teachings that unfold the true potential of our mind, increase an effortless joy, dissipate fear, and develop an “unshakeability.”

Diamond Way Buddhism SF is part of an international network of over 650 centers that operate under the practical guidance of Lama Ole Nydhal, a Western Buddhist master who has been teaching around the world for 40 years. Diamond Way Buddhism is part of the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism and under the spiritual guidance of H.H. the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, Thaye Dorje.

Students in Diamond Way Buddhism are modern people with modern lives who incorporate Buddhist teachings, methods, and meditations into their daily existence. We provide free guided meditations nightly, answer questions, and give explanations about Buddhism. Our Center provides practitioners the opportunity to learn and meditate, relax in a comfortable atmosphere, meet other students and teachers from around the world, and support our activity with idealism and friendship.

Diamond Way (Vajrayana): These are Buddha’s highest teachings and they employ methods of total identification with enlightenment for quickest results. These practical tools are suitable for Westerners who wish to unfold the full potential of mind.

Join us for our free, public, guided meditations.  No previous experience is necessary.
